Payment and Delivery
- Payment Methods
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB) processed via Stripe
- Payment Timing
- Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period. One-time purchases are charged at the time of purchase.
- Delivery Method
- Digital delivery via the Service platform. Content is accessible immediately after generation.
- Delivery Timing
- AI-generated content is typically delivered within seconds to minutes, depending on complexity and server load.
- Additional Fees
- No additional fees beyond the listed prices. Internet connection fees are the responsibility of the user.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused portions of the current period.
- Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of digital content and AI generation services, refunds are generally not available once content has been generated. However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Service malfunction that prevented content delivery
- Duplicate charges due to system errors
- Unauthorized transactions
- Cooling-Off Period
- In accordance with Japanese consumer protection law, the statutory cooling-off period does not apply to digital content services. However, we offer a voluntary satisfaction review for first-time purchases within 7 days.
- Refund Requests
- Submit refund requests to support@student.it.com within 14 days of the charge. Include your account email and transaction details.
